Chiong-ed mahjong with JunYuan, Mandy, KokTing through the night and PeiYi suggested we had bathhe and play a mass game together - HAPPY FAMILY! The first version was nice : Through using poker cards, we know that there are 13 sets of 4 cards the same. Like ace, king, queen, jack and numbers. So as the name suggested, happy family needs each person to have 4 cards first through distribution. Then all we need to do is the pass the unwanted cards in our hands to the person on our right/left (only in one direction). The cycle is proceeded continuously until you yourself have gotten one set of similar 4 cards. And once u got that, u shout happy family. :D
Taunt half the morning or probably 3/4 of the morning until 5-7am liddat. CANNOT TAHAN MAN! Coz we were playing other version of happy family. It was more exciting than the original version we played as suggested by JunYuan :D. The cycle is still ongoing in the new version but this time got things for us to cope de. We used mahjong chips. Coz we had aabout 7 people playing, there were 6 chips for people with happy family to cope. Once a person has gotten a happy family set, he/she can jus take a chip on the table. Following that, the rest of the members are allowed to take. As for the distribution of cards, the loser/anybody distributes to each player 4 cards and place the remaining poker deck beside himself/herself on the table. Then he/she takes the card from the deck and pass the unwanted 5th card on his/her hands to the next person. And the next person follows. This cycle continues until the last person who will oso be doing the same, but places his/her 5th card beside the "host"'s deck. If the cycle is still on going after the host's deck has used up, the host uses the cards remaining placed by the last person and continue the cycle. The reason why this game is exciting was because it tests how fast u react, and you cannot be too engrossed with forming your "happy family" at the same time! But some would think that why not i don't form the complete set of 4 similar cards and wait for others to complete and when he/she takes then i take? nono, normally those with happy family are those who are able to cope the chip FIRST! This puts he/she on a guaranteed win for the game. :D Since the game is about reaction and number of chips to cope is always lesser than the total people playing by one, there's sure one person without the chip in the end. AND THAT PERSON IS A LOSER XD.
We left the chalet in the early morning and proceeded to PSR interchange to have our breakfast! Had mac with mandy, york, kb, joel, junyuan. :D WAS VERY HUNGRY AND TIRED =x. But food was important la. HAHAA. took bus 89 home with them and went home to bathe and then sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. And i think i'm getting sore throat le D: my throaat feels so heavy when i swallow my saliva.
